Chicken and Rotini Pasta Bake

Chicken and Rotini Pasta Bake is a full meal when combined with a salad, bread of your choice, and a beverage,plus nine other great chicken and pasta recipes.

Ingredients

1 jar Ragu Cheese Alfredo sauce
(or two jars of Alfredo sauce and no soup)

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1/2 cup milk

2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 tsp. garlic power

1 pkg. Rotini pasta, uncooked

2 ir 3 chicken cooked skinless chicken breast halves cut in bite size pieces
(or 1 package cooked chicken from the deli case)

1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 cup Zesty Italian Croutons

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix Alfredo sauce, Cream of Chicken soup and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium/high heat, stirring occasionally.

In a bowl mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and set aside.

Boil Rotini noodles al dente (cooked firm but not hard), drain noodles and place back in the pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese mixture. Pour Alfredo sauce mixture over the noodles and add the chicken. Stir noodles and chicken to completely coat with the sauce.

Spray a 7 x 11 x 2 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the noodles and chicken into the baking dish.

Bake 15 to 30 minutes or until heated and bubbling.

Lightly crush the Croutons in a zip lock bag and set aside.

The last 5 minutes of baking, top with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and the crushed Zesty Italian Croutons and bake until cheese is melted and the croutons are toasted golden brown.

Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Serve with a salad, bread of your choice and desired beverage for a complete meal.
