Valentine's Day is always February 14th. It's not clear who the Saint Valentine is that is celebrated today as the saint of love, as many early Christian martyrs were named Valentine. The Catholic Church acknowledges three martyrs names Valentine or Valentinus. The most common belief is that it is Saint Valentine of Rome that helped Christians to escape Roman persecution and to performed clandestine Christian weddings for soldiers who were forbidden to marry.
